工作原理：

Working Principle

該單衝壓片機特點是一種小型台式電動連續壓片的機器,也可以手搖，壓出的藥片厚度平均，光（guāng）澤度高，無需拋光。由於單衝壓片機隻有一付衝模（mó），所以稱（chēng）單衝壓片機；物料的充填深度,壓片厚度均可調節。

This tablet press machine is electric driving and continuously punching, it also can punch manually. The tablet thickness is average, smooth, no polishing again. There is only one punching die on this machine, both material filling depth and tablet thickness are adjustable.

單（dān）衝壓片機（jī）技術參（cān）數：

Technical parameter for single punch tablet press machine:

壓片（piàn）機的衝頭的潔（jié）淨與保養：

1、可以用銅絲刷拋（pāo）去衝頭上的粘附物（wù）後，再用絨（róng）布粘少許研磨膏打光片形麵。不要用鋼絲（sī）刷拋，否則很容易劃傷片形表麵。

2、若粘附物很（hěn）硬不好直接去除時，可將衝頭浸泡在熱水中數分鍾（zhōng）後，即可容易去掉粘附（fù）物，並及時（shí）擦幹水分防鏽。

3、用戶處若無車床時（shí），好從市場（chǎng）上購置衝模拋光機進行，價格也不貴。

4、另外、也要從藥料方麵分析一下原因，脫模劑（潤滑（huá）劑）是（shì）否加的少，可（kě）以適量（5-10%）加些硬質酸（suān）鎂潤滑劑。

壓片機工作過程（chéng）介紹：

1、利用（yòng）加料器向中模孔中填充藥物。

2、上衝的衝頭（tóu）部位(其工作位置（zhì）朝下)自（zì）中模孔上端落入中模孔，並下行一定（dìng）行程，將藥粉壓製成片。

3、上（shàng）衝（chōng）提升（shēng）出孔。下衝（chōng）上升（shēng）將藥片頂出中（zhōng）模孔，完成一次（cì）壓片過程。

4、下衝的衝頭部位(其工作位置朝上（shàng）)由中模孔下端伸（shēn）入中模孔中，封住中模孔底。

5、下衝降（jiàng）到原位，準備下一（yī）次（cì）填（tián）充。
